Suria programmes and shows feature many young as well as veteran actors. To tap on the growing popularity of social media, Suria has also involved various online celebrities such as Munah Baghrib and Hirzi Zulkiflie, notably famous for their youtube channel, MunahHirziOfficial.
Suria has also been a platform for local actors to further their careers. As the media industries of several malay-speaking countries (namely, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore) are highly connected, it enabled local actors such as Aaron Aziz and Hisyam Hamid to enter the industry and gain popularity abroad. Many collaborations have also occurred between the three industries, allowing for a mixture of films and dramas to be produced. These feature many actors and artists from the diferent countries.

He started his acting career in Suria, acting in Cinta Bollywood (2001), which made it to two seasons. He has won various awards in Pesta Perdana such as Best male actor in supporting role for Cinta Bollywood in 2002 and most popular artiste for Garisan Takdir in 2003. His significance in the malay community in Singapore was enhanced as he achieved career success starring in many dramas and movies in Malaysia.

Mastura has been in the industry for a long time. She is well recognised and acted in various shows such as Banting (Film), Masih Ada Embun in Tengah Hari and Anak Mak Samseng. She has hosted, produced, directed and acted off and on-screen for many years. At the same time, she was won many awards including Best Actor/Actress (Comedy) for Anak Mak Samseng in Pesta Perdana 12.

He produced and hosted Suria's first ever talk show. Dubbed Kopi O Teh Tarik, the show made waves for its 5 seasons here and was the most watched programme on the Suria channel. The programme won top honours for 3 years as the Best Variety programme on Suria Channel’s Pesta Perdana. Its final season won Najip the recognition of being the Best Producer/Director for a variety programme. Up till today, he is well-recognised and frequently acts and hosts in Suria programmes.

This duo, aged 25 and 26 respectively, began their careers online, by filming short videos relating to current events as well as spoofs and jokes focused mainly on the malay community, using malay language as a connector. The pair was instantly a hit within the community. Suria has since engaged the pair in various shows and programmes. One example would be Munah and Hirzi Action.

Her acting career began in Malaysia. In 1996, she returned to Singapore to pursue a professional acting career. Her first show in Suria was hosting Kopi O Teh Tarik, with Najib Ali. Her character was known as Cik Sal. Since then, she has won several awards and casted for shows on Channel 5 such as Police and Thief.

Famous for his role in Police & Thief, a drama on Channel 5, his popularity in the Channel 5 series has earned him many fans and this has helped him gain more as he features in Suria programmes. He has also acted in various Okto & Kids Central programmes. In Suria, he is known for his work in Mat YoYo (Season 2) and Masih Ada Embun Di Tengah Hari.

The heart-throb of local productions, Hisyam Hamid, featured in many Suria series such as Di Luar Garisan and Masih Ada Embun Di Tengah Hari. His acting skills has enabled him to enter Malaysia's media industry, featuring many shows in Astro and Tv3 such as Ariana Rose (Tv3) and Cinta Sesungguhnya (Astro).

On-screen gangster, as he is quite famously known for in Anak Metropolitan 3, Erwin began his career featuring in many local productions in Suria. Some of which are Tetangga and Tuan Haji. He is currently on Channel 5's series, Mata Mata, where he plays a police officer.

Known for his handsome, boyish looks, Haizad began his career in the media industry as he contested on Singapore Idol in 2004 and reached the top 18. He has since acted and hosted for Suria, taking on several roles. Among them, a light-hearted husband in 2x5 Dol and a professor in Kes 253. At the same time, he has acted on Channel 5 and in local productions such as the Maid and Shooting Stars.
